Delivery within Winnipeg city limits:

* $9.50 (+GST) for each delivery per single address

* Rural area – charges and maximum deliverable distance will vary (please call for details)
* For multiple orders within the same delivery/address - add $1.00 per each additional item.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

* Mondays to Fridays: All the orders received before 2:00 pm will be delivered the same day.
* Saturdays: Orders must be received before noon to be delivered within same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be delivered on Monday
* Sundays – No delivery (wedding, funerals and special functions excluded)
* Holidays – Varies as per different holiday and the delivery company’s policy at the time. Please call us or visit our website a couple of weeks in advance to inquire for the valid delivery time schedule.

POLICY:

* We arrange for the delivery of products within Winnipeg’s urban and rural area. In case that the receiving party is not at designated delivery location, at the agreed time of delivery, a delivery driver will attempt to leave the product with the nearest neighbor and a relevant note on the knob of the receiving customer’s front door.
* If the above is not possible, the following policy applies:
* It is the responsibility of the customer placing an order to insure that information relevant to the receiving customer is accurate (name of the recipient, address, phone number, recipient availability at the time specified, etc.).
* In instances where no one is available to receive the product at the time specified and agreed upon by VILLA FLORA and the ordering customer; and delivery has to be repeated, the ordering customer will be billed $(9.50 + GST for each additional delivery.
* In the case that the receiving customer refuses to accept the delivery:
* If the product is a cut flower bouquet or arrangement, we cannot reuse the same product and therefore the ordering customer would not receive a refund.
* If the product is a potted plant or nonperishable item only, the ordering customer would receive the full refund.
* In both instances, all delivery charges apply.

DELIVERY IN OTHER CITIES & INTERNATIONALLY:

* The VILLA FLORA is a member of the FTD wire ordering network.
* All FTD's policies and regulations apply.
* For same day delivery, orders have to be placed before noon – recipient’s local time.
* Upon received & confirmed order by a receiving florist at designated city or town, in most instances all delivery procedures & policies are similar to ones already described in the above text of this webpage.
* Fees and charges will vary, depending on the location, currency, exchange rate and other circumstances.
